Brewboat started in the Netherlands, somewhere between freezing drizzle, bike rides and yet another chai that tasted suspiciously like syrup.

We thought there should probably be another option. So we started brewing our own with real tea, ginger, spices and milk. This involves a surprising amount of crushing, stirring, tasting and cleaning things. But the chai tastes better, so we’ve decided to keep doing it.
